《往后余生》是馬良演唱的歌曲，由馬良填詞、譜曲，郭揚、周成編曲，于2018年5月16日發行。2019年1月20日，該曲獲第26屆東方風云榜音樂盛典十大金曲獎。2018年3月，默默無聞卻還在堅持自己夢想的歌手馬良，在抖音上傳了自己翻唱歌曲的視頻，不少網友支持他繼續唱下去，并問他有沒有原創作品。于是，他就在抖音上傳了《往后余生》的副歌部分，網友們也鼓勵他繼續創作。在網友們的期待之下，他最終完善了整首歌曲。本期主播：小C。
